1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
    • If a candidate placed by Shiva Sai HR Services does not meet the specified qualifications or expectations outlined in the placement agreement.
    • In the event of duplicate payments or overpayments.
    • If a service is canceled by Shiva Sai HR Services due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the service delivery date. Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  • Name
  • Contact Information
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting Documents (if applicable)

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Fees and Costs

  • There are no additional fees for processing refunds unless specified otherwise in the service agreement.
  • Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.

5. Product Requirements

  • To be eligible for a refund, the candidate placed by Shiva Sai HR Services must not have started employment with the client.
  • Refunds for canceled services will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

Shiva Sai HR Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
